Task. To create a list of additional company values before partners’ eyes, to emphasize the positioning of a reliable and innovative partner that helps taking business.
Solution. The ELCO IT ecosystem conference in TEDx format with specially designed video lead-ins, show program and location design.
Target audience – partners and vendors, special guests.
Event activities are the vendors’ demonstration zone, partners’ stands and ELCO stand, invited guests’ speeches and lectures from ELCO partners, interactive entertainment zones.
Result. An event that has become a platform for sharing useful information between hundreds of company partners. Some brands prefer holding such events in the format of simple corporate parties with expensive cocktails. The selected ELCO format led to such a result that all participants were satisfied: the partners professionally and at a high level provided information about their cases and products, the expo zone participants received “alive” and inquisitive audience, the ELCO company achieved the result it was striving for.
For example, due to the conference, ELKO entered into cooperation with the company IC SCS on video surveillance and video analytics, installation of SCS and access control systems.
